| The pizza oven was imported from Valoriani in Italy. They are represented in the USA by Mugnaini . The model installed is the TOP 100, with the imported oven weight of 300kg. This weight excludes the weight of the bricks, cement slab, steel bars, expanded clay insulation, tiles and steel roof that surrounds the oven core. The building process took about 3 months, this includes the oven's shipping from Italy. | |||||
